Herstory: About Siony
Siony is a Filipina caterer that has been catering and delivering authentic Filipino cuisine across Hong Kong since 2013 — Siony is a seasoned F&B professional with 30+ years of experience up her sleeve.
Hailing from the provinces of Leyte and having spent her earlier years in Cebu, Siony moved to Hong Kong during the 80s where she started a family as well as her hospitality and F&B career.
In 2022, despite the challenges brought about by the global pandemic, Siony scaled up her catering business on commercial platforms, giving birth to “Siony’s Concepts”.
Since its inception, her catering business has reached the taste buds of those outside the Filipino community in Hong Kong. She is regularly doing corporate and private events and home catering, championing her Authentic Filipino cuisine.
She is arguably the longest running caterer in Hong Kong that serves authentic Filipino cuisine (this is excluding the Filipino restaurants) that has delivery coverage across all of Hong Kong. She is everyone's Mama Siony!
